Their website is easy to navigate and helped me with information I had from Honda.com to verify it was there and in the trim I wanted. The sales team met me at the door and we were quickly in the Ridgeline and giving it a test drive. All my questions were easily answered almost before I even asked. Everyone was polite and helpful. I didn't get the hassle of the "Let me check with my manager" routine. That was refreshing. We were able to negotiate an out-the-door price in no time at all, and I am very satisfied with my new Honda. I was shown all the features and not rushed at all. I felt very comfortable with the new technology before I left the lot. They answered all my questions with professional courtesy and even demonstrated particular items I had questions about to help me understand them fully.
